link directly to your business. Also, much of the on-going correspondence with
ELC is handled via email.

- Are you willing to invest in necessary software ?
A lead management software program and a basic home design program capable
of developing legible floor plans are important sales tools.

- Are you disciplined and self motivated ?
You will be as successful as your level of motivation.  You can “push” your business as
far as you like.

- Can you work as part of a team ?
Corporate staff, sales network, and manufacturing crews all work together to provide
our homebuyers with good product, service and support.

- Leadership support and assistance at national trade shows
