Pre-Cut frame houses

Round log, laminated log and square log houses aren’t the only house types that Palmatin offers to our clients.

In year 2005 we started to produce also “PRE-CUT” frame houses in addition to our log home selection.

We produce these PRE-CUT frame house details with new and fully automatic CNC (Computer Numerical Control) wood processing center.

This new technology gives us opportunity to offer new type of houses with interesting and exciting design in very short production time.

Building this Pre-cut house is very easy, quick and practically risk free of mistakes placing some details in wrong place.

All details have been cut in the factory exactly according the project and all connections are ready made. These details have been marked and packed in order of building process so there is no need to start looking for right detail among all the parts. Just open the first package and start assembling the pre-cut frame house.

Building up Pre-cut house is so easy that many of our clients have put their house together by themselves. We give you the house building manual where you can see all the details and how and where you have to put them.
